Delete your Today Delivery account

Delete in the app

If account deletion is available in your app version, open Today Delivery and go to More → Settings → Account → Delete account. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm deletion.

If you do not see this option, use the email request method below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Delete by email

Send an email to info@kolshe.info from the address linked to your Today Delivery account, or include the phone number registered on your account. Use the subject line "Account deletion request" and tell us you want your account and personal data deleted.

We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What we delete

After your request is verified and processed, we delete or anonymize personal data tied to your account, including profile information, saved addresses, order history visible in the app, wallet balance records linked to your identity, and marketing preferences, unless we must keep specific records as described below.

• Account profileName, phone number, email, profile photo, and saved preferences.
• Delivery dataSaved addresses and in-app location history linked to your account.
• App activityOrder history, reviews, and support tickets associated with your account.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, tax and accounting records, dispute resolution, or compliance with government requests. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and is not used for marketing.

Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be kept for analytics and service improvement.
