Today Delivery Terms of Service

The Service

Today Delivery is a same-day delivery platform for groceries, meals, drinks, pharmacy items, and related household products in the areas we serve. Product availability, delivery times, fees, and service areas may change without notice.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, supplier shortages, or third-party payment failures.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least the minimum age required by law in your country to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or guardian where required by local law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or store policies. You may delete your account as described on our account deletion page.

Orders, pricing, and payment

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the listed items at the prices shown at checkout, plus applicable delivery fees, service fees, taxes, and tips where offered. We or our merchant partners may cancel or modify an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or delivery cannot be completed.

Payment methods available in the app may include cash on delivery, wallet balance, and electronic payment methods supported in your region. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for completed orders.

Prices and promotions may differ by city, store, or account. Receipts and order history are available in the app.

Delivery

You must provide a complete and reachable delivery address and contact phone number. If we or our delivery partner cannot reach you or access the delivery location, the order may be cancelled and fees may still apply where permitted by law.

Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed. You agree that location services may be used to provide delivery tracking and to improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Perishable goods, age-restricted items, and pharmacy products may require identity verification or compliance with local regulations at delivery.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by providing false information, placing fraudulent orders, harassing drivers or support staff, interfering with app security, scraping data, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

Reviews and user content must be honest and must not contain abusive, discriminatory, or misleading material. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the Today Delivery name, logos, app design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Today Delivery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, unless a higher minimum is required by applicable consumer protection law.

Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
